Baby Bounce
Sessions are designed especially for children aged 0 to 18 months. Introduce your child to the joys of language by sharing nursery rhymes, stories, music and songs. These sessions are held weekly.

Toddler Time
A fun session designed to support your toddler's early learning. Children ages 18 months to 3 years will enjoy music and songs, rhymes, toddler books and sensory development benefits.

Storytime
Held weekly during school term, to encourage the enjoyment of reading and libraries. Stories, songs, rhymes and a simple craft activity are offered in these sessions for 2 to 5 year olds.

Active Storytime
Held at the Lights Community and Sports Centre, this program is designed for pre-schoolers who benefit from a less traditional, more interactive session. Get school ready with music and songs, group learning, movement and social development activities during the school term.

Code Club
Discover the basics of coding in a collaborative, fun environment. These weekly sessions will support your child while they learn different coding languages and create their own games from scratch!

Creative Kids
A friendly and busy space where kids can create, invent and discover! There's no need to book.

Lil' Greenies
Our Lil’ Greenies learn about the environment in a fun, hands-on way with creative and sustainable activities, plus exciting excursions! Offered Mondays during the school term at Semaphore Library.

STEM Squad
For children aged 9 and over who want to learn more about science, technology, engineering and math with a range of fun activities and experiments. Offered at Parks, Port Adelaide and Greenacres libraries only.

For the Older Kids

Anime Club
Anime Club is for teenagers (15 years and over) who love all things anime and manga. The club meets at Enfield Library once a month.

Dungeons & Dragons
Embark on a journey where you can acquire new skills, battle foes, and meet allies while being led through your in-game universe adventure by a dungeon master from Adelaide Queer Gamers. These youth sessions offer a safe and inclusive environment that is friendly for beginners or returning players.

Book Clubs
Book Clubs are a great way to share your love of reading, discover new authors and discuss your ideas about books with others. We have groups that meet monthly at each library, and one at the local pub.

Craft & Chat
Unleash your creativity and connect with new friends at Craft & Chat.  Bring along your own craft project or try out one of our DIY activities – all skill levels welcome.

English Practice
A fantastic way to practice speaking English and meet new people. Suitable for beginners and anyone seeking to improve their conversation skills. Join the friendly volunteers and practice your English in a welcoming environment.

Get Techy
If you want to feel more comfortable with technology and learn in a supportive environment, then our Get Techy program could be for you! Get Techy is designed to help beginners learn a variety of basic digital skills.

Makers' Advisory
These sessions allow you to become a part of the Makerspace Community and access the Makerspace  during its opening hours to work on your projects.

Sewing
Parks Library offers 3 fun and practical programs to help build your sewing skills and inspire your creativity. From basic stitching to intricate sewing projects, there's something for every skill level.

3D Printing
These session will introduce you to the 3D printers at the Parks Makerspace, going through the safety aspects of 3D printers as well as the relevant software for each machine and project creations.
